This song is probably one of my most Irish influenced melodies. I tried to be somewhat traditional in my writing. I was fortunate to have this song featured as the Title Theme in the PBS film series, “The Appalachians”. This is a three episode documentary about Appalachia, it’s history, it’s people, the land, and the cultures.
